Message from santa claus

Hello to you,

I’m Smiling the Christmas Elf. Santa Claus sends you a questionnaire to fill out for children 12 and under so that they can participate in the Christmas party.

Santa Claus will be at the party with surprises for all the little kids. He can’t wait to meet the kids with their beautiful smile.

Santa must have some time to ask his hard-working elves to make sure everything is ready for the Christmas party, which will be Saturday, December 14 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at Jules Morin Park – Fieldhouse – meeting room next to the outdoor skate rink.

Santa Claus is asking parents to fill in the information below by Saturday, December 7, 2019 so Santa can get ready for the Christmas party.
