Availability

We view our cooperative as a community rather than just a rental building. Members demonstrate their
sense of belonging by taking care of their units, keeping them clean and in good condition inside and out.

Our units include 2, 3 or 4-bedroom units. All units have staircases.

All members are required to volunteer a minimum of 4 hours per month, attend annual meetings (about
2 per year), joining one or more committees or simply doing general maintenance in common areas. Your
abilities, talent or expertise will inform your promise to volunteer from the moment of your interview.
Housing availability is unpredictable, so when one becomes available, we have to act quickly. For this
reason, we keep a reserve of housing applications from which we can select our candidates. If you think
you would make a good candidate for co-op life, we invite you to send in your application.

Please note that we will only contact you if we select your application for an interview. Applications are
kept on file for two years, after which you may reapply.
